1. Door opening signal
The door opening signal of the revolving door is the contact signal. Microwave radar and infrared sensor are two commonly used signal sources: microwave radar responds to the displacement of objects, so the reaction speed is fast. It is suitable for places where people with normal walking speed pass. The characteristic is that once the people near the door do not want to go out and stand still, the radar will no longer respond and the revolving door will be closed, which has a certain protective effect on the door operator. The infrared sensor reacts to the existence of the object, no matter whether the person moves or not, as long as it is within the scanning range of the sensor, it will respond and send out a contact signal. The disadvantage is that the infrared sensor has a slow response speed, which is suitable for places where people with slow movements enter and exit.
2. Access control system and revolving doors in non-public areas
If the highest requirement for the performance and quality of the revolving door is in the large public area with extremely high frequency of use, then the highest requirement for the revolving door function is the non-public area where the people entering and leaving are selected. The access control system is the identification of entry authorization. After recognizing or detecting the entry authorization, it provides the door opening signal to the control system of the revolving door.
Before providing the door open signal, the revolving door must be locked. The access control system includes the simplest key switch, password lock, magnetic card lock. All the way to the complex weight recognition system, fingerprint recognition system, etc. But no matter how complicated the system is, it will ultimately provide a contact signal for opening the revolving door. The shielding of the signal circuit is very important to avoid accidental opening of the door due to interference from irrelevant signals.
3. The requirement for the revolving door is to unlock
The coordination between the action and the door opening action is applied to the electronic lock of the automatic sliding door. There are electromagnetic locks for locking belts, electric locks for locking door hangers, and three types of lock motors. The latter is used for heavy-duty automatic sliding doors. The electronic locks for automatic swing doors include electromagnetic door stoppers, electronic bolt locks and electronic door openers. The force direction of the electronic door opening does not affect the opening action of the door, and it is not prone to misoperation. There is also a mechanical lock with a contact switch, which combines the relock with the switch. If the lock is not in the unlocked state, the contacts cannot be contacted, and misoperation is impossible.
